No. A clear description of the problem is far more useful than a specification. Part of our job is working out what should actually be built, and a premature brief often locks in the wrong answer.

How small can an engagement be?

We regularly start with a narrow diagnostic or a single automation, precisely because it produces evidence quickly. If a small piece of work is the right first step, we will say so.
