Engagements

What the work is,and how it starts.

Here is the shape of the work and what you are left holding at the end. What it costs depends on your operation, so we agree that in a conversation rather than printing a number that assumes a situation we have not seen yet.

How we work

Three shapes, and the honest reason to pick each one.

Most work starts narrow. A diagnostic produces evidence quickly, and evidence is what makes the next decision cheap. Starting with a retained programme before anyone knows where the constraint is tends to buy activity rather than progress.

These are shapes rather than packages. Scope is agreed before anything starts, and if the right answer is a smaller piece of work than the one you came for, we will say so.

The three shapes
  • 01

    Readiness audit

A structured review of where AI and automation would genuinely pay back in your operation — and where they would not.

    Best for
Teams who know something should change but do not yet have an evidenced view of what to do first.
    Duration
Two days to two weeks, depending on depth

    What you get

    • A written assessment you keep, whether or not we work together again.
    • Opportunities scored on impact, effort and risk rather than novelty.
    • A clear statement of what is not worth doing, and why.
    • A readout session with the people who have to act on it.

  • 02

    Time-boxed pilot

One prioritised opportunity built, shipped and measured inside a fixed window, in your own tenancy.

    Best for
Organisations who have agreed what to do first and want proof it works before committing to a programme.
    Duration
    Typically six to ten weeks

    What you get

    • A working capability live in your environment, not a slide about one.
    • Measurement agreed before build starts, so the result is not argued about afterwards.
    • Adoption sessions and documentation for the team who inherit it.
    • An honest recommendation on whether to scale it, change it or stop.

  • 03

    Retained programme

Acquisition, conversion, operations and decision-making run as one connected engagement rather than four suppliers reporting separately.

    Best for
Organisations past the proof stage who need sustained capability rather than another project.
    Duration
Ongoing, reviewed on an agreed cycle

    What you get

    • One accountable team across the four engines instead of four relationships to manage.
    • A shared measurement model agreed with marketing, sales and finance.
    • Capability built into your team as the programme runs, not held in ours.
    • Reporting that answers the question being asked rather than the one that is easy to chart.

Readiness audit — choose the depth

Start small, or go deep.

The same discipline at three depths. Which one fits depends on how much of the operation needs looking at — we will tell you which we think it is, and if your situation is broader than the tier describes we will say so rather than stretch the smaller one to fit.

  • Snapshot

    About two days

One workflow or one area, looked at properly. The fastest way to get an evidenced answer rather than an opinion.

    • A focused review of a single workflow, team or process area.
    • Headline findings written up, not delivered as a verbal debrief.
    • A prioritised list of quick wins with effort and risk attached.
    • A readout call to walk through what we found.
  • Full audit

    About five days

The whole operation rather than one corner of it, with a sequenced roadmap at the end.

    • Discovery interviews across the teams the work touches.
    • Workflow mapping with time and friction measured at each handover.
    • Data and tech-stack readiness assessed against what you want to build.
    • A skills baseline, so adoption is planned rather than hoped for.
    • Governance and risk reviewed before anything is recommended.
    • A sequenced roadmap showing what to do first, next and not at all.
  • Extended

    A week or more

Multi-department scope, greater depth, and a costed plan a board can actually approve.

    • Everything in the full audit, across multiple departments.
    • A costed roadmap with budget and resourcing attached to each phase.
    • Options appraised against each other rather than a single recommendation.
    • Optionally a working prototype of the highest-value opportunity.
  • Every shape is scoped around your operation, so we agree what the work is before anyone agrees what it costs.
  • The first conversation carries no obligation and there is nothing to sign. If the right answer is a smaller piece of work, we will say so.
  • Accounts, data, automations and code are built in your tenancy under your ownership.

Not sure which

Describe the problem,we will size the work.

If the right first step is smaller than the one you came for, we will tell you. A short diagnostic that produces evidence beats a programme that produces activity.
