Working together

Whether we are the right partner, and how a conversation starts.

The first conversation is a diagnosis rather than a pitch. We will tell you in that conversation if we are not best placed to do the work, and where we can, point you towards someone who is. We would rather decline early than shape a proposal around work we are not the right people for.

Cost and commitment

How work is priced, and what you are committing to.

It depends on how much of the operation needs looking at, which is the honest answer rather than a dodge. A Snapshot is about two days on a single workflow or area. A Full audit is about five days across the whole operation. An Extended audit runs a week or more across multiple departments. Tell us which problem you are trying to move and we will tell you which of those it is and what it costs, usually in the first reply. There is no obligation and nothing to sign to find out.

Delivery and ownership

Who owns what, and what you are left holding at the end.

You do. Accounts, data, automations and code are built in your tenancy under your ownership. Nothing is held hostage in an agency account, and there is no proprietary platform you have to keep paying for to retain access to your own work.

AI, data and risk

How AI work is kept safe, grounded and accountable.

Every workflow defines its data sources, its permissions model and the point where a human confirms before anything leaves the business. We prefer narrow, well-grounded agents with clear escalation paths over general-purpose assistants with unclear boundaries.

Evidence and claims

How we handle client names, figures and anything we publish.

Because permission to be named is a separate approval from the work itself, and most enterprise contracts restrict it by default. Named clients are published only with written permission. Engagements without a published case study stay anonymised, and carry no performance figures at all.
