06 — Evidence before action

Know what to do first, and why.

A focused strategy day, an evidenced assessment or a growth plan. We help you work out where the opportunity is, what is worth doing and what should wait before committing to delivery.

The approach

A clearer decision before a bigger commitment.

Most work starts narrow. We look at the question you are trying to answer, the operation around it and the evidence already available. The right answer may be a focused strategy day, a readiness audit or a marketing and growth plan rather than another implementation project.

Scope is agreed before anything starts. Assessments set out the findings, the opportunities and the work that is not worth doing; planning turns those findings into a sequence your team can act on. If a smaller piece of work is the right answer, we will say so.

What we deliver
  • 01

    Strategy days

Focused time on the business question, the options available and the next decision to make.

  • 02

    Readiness audits

A structured review of workflows, data, systems and adoption readiness, with findings written up.

  • 03

    AI opportunity assessment

Opportunities scored on impact, effort and risk, including a clear view of what is not worth automating.

  • 04

    AI visibility assessment

A review of AI-search visibility and the gaps worth closing, alongside your wider growth priorities.

  • 05

    Growth and marketing planning

Channels, creative, measurement and phasing brought together around the commercial problem.

  • 06

    Prioritised roadmaps

A sequenced plan showing what to do first, next and not at all, with options appraised where the scope calls for it.

Delivery

How an engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Agree the question

We establish what you are trying to move and agree the scope needed to answer it properly.

  2. 02

    Review the evidence

We look at the workflows, systems, growth activity and constraints relevant to the agreed scope.

  3. 03

    Prioritise the options

Opportunities are weighed against impact, effort and risk rather than the novelty of a tool or channel.

  4. 04

    Plan the next step

A readout and a sequenced plan make the findings usable for the people who have to act on them.

Outcomes

What changes as a result.

  • An evidenced view of what to do first
  • Priorities grounded in impact, effort and risk
  • A clearer delivery sequence rather than disconnected activity
  • An honest view of what should wait or not be done
Common questions

The things people ask before they start.

Ask something else

No. Tell us what you are trying to move and what you already know. A short conversation helps establish whether a strategy day, an assessment or a more detailed plan is the right starting point.
