This page explains what personal information iBoost365 collects through this website, why we collect it and how long we keep it.
What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, work email address, company, service area, budget range, timeline and project description you provide, together with the date and time of submission.
We do not collect special category data through this website, and we ask that you do not include confidential or sensitive information in a first enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to you and, where relevant, to scope the work you have asked about. Consent is captured explicitly on the form and can be withdrawn at any time.
We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement follows, records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for six years afterwards to meet contractual and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Requests are actioned within one calendar month.
