05 — Capability that stays

Training that outlives the project.

We build programmes around the work your teams actually do, so people finish a session with something usable rather than something noted. Delivered at your offices, live online, or a blend of the two.

Abstract editorial composition of light radiating outward from a bright core, representing capability spreading through an organisation.
The approach

The capability has to remain after we leave.

Tooling is the easy part. Most transformation programmes fade because the people expected to run them were shown a demo once and left to work it out. Confidence decays, the champions move on, and the licence renews against a fraction of the value it could return.

So we teach against your own material — your documents, your processes, your systems — and we baseline by role first, because a finance team and a bid team need different things from the same tool. As a Microsoft Partner we also run the pathways that take people towards official Microsoft Copilot credentials.

What we deliver
  • 01

    Bespoke team training

Programmes designed around your processes, systems and language rather than a generic curriculum.

  • 02

    Microsoft 365 Copilot workshops

Hands-on, role-specific sessions covering prompting, agents and safe everyday use inside your tenant.

  • 03

    Copilot credential pathways

Structured preparation for official Microsoft Copilot credentials, with practice material and assessment support.

  • 04

    iBoost365 badges

Our own completion badges, so internal capability is visible, comparable and worth progressing through.

  • 05

    Executive and board briefings

Short, direct sessions on AI opportunity, risk and governance for the people approving the spend.

  • 06

    Train the trainer

We build an internal cohort able to run the sessions themselves, so the programme scales without us.

  • 07

    Live online and on-demand

Virtual cohorts plus recorded modules and reference material your team keeps and reuses.

  • 08

    In person and blended

Workshops at your offices or offsite, paired with virtual follow-up so the learning is reinforced.

Delivery

How an engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Baseline by role

We assess current confidence and tooling role by role, so we teach the gap rather than the syllabus.

  2. 02

    Design the programme

Curriculum built on your real work, delivery mode agreed, and a clear definition of what competent looks like.

  3. 03

    Deliver and practise

Sessions run in person, online or blended, with every exercise using your own documents and processes.

  4. 04

    Assess and badge

Participants complete assessment and earn their badge, progressing to official Microsoft credentials where that is the goal.

  5. 05

    Reinforce

Refreshers, champion support and usage measurement keep the capability in place long after the final session.

Outcomes

What changes as a result.

  • Teams using the tools daily rather than during launch week
  • Capability held inside the business instead of rented indefinitely
  • Recognised credentials that make progression visible to staff
  • Licence investment justified by everyday, measurable use
Common questions

The things people ask before they start.

Ask something else

Both, and most programmes end up blended. Intensive workshops tend to work best in the room, while refreshers, follow-up clinics and on-demand modules work well virtually. We will recommend a mix based on how your teams are distributed rather than defaulting to whichever is easiest to schedule.
